Dr. Erica Pollack received her undergraduate degree in Psychobiology from Arcadia University in Glenside, Pennsylvania, and her Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, Illinois. She has been practicing for over 25 years.

Dr. Pollack has strong diagnostic skills and provides her patients with the tools to perpetuate an active role in their health. Her treatments include chiropractic adjustments, effective nutrition plans, and customized exercise programs. As a passionate chiropractor, Dr. Pollack’s goal is to help her patients reach their optimal health level. Her success strongly correlates with the passion she has for her patient’s health.

Dr. Pollack decided to become a chiropractor due to her younger sister, who spent her childhood as a competitive gymnast. Upon injuring herself in a competition, the coach instructed her sister to get medical help from a chiropractor. Dr. Pollack accompanied her sister and observed the sessions. After seeing what a positive impact the doctor made on her sister’s recovery, Dr. Pollack became passionate about the field. From then on, she knew she wanted a career as a chiropractor. Linda Rickman is the office manager for the Blue Ridge location. She is the first face a patient sees when entering the office. She has been working for Dr. Pollack since 2008. When starting the job, Linda was impressed by Dr. Pollack’s unique outlook on wellness and complete dedication to not only the treatment but the overall health of her patients.

While Dr. Pollack treats and eases the patient’s physical pains, Linda is there to see that the patient’s paperwork goes as smoothly and painlessly as possible. She starts patients with some brief paperwork, checks insurance coverage, and files all claims for the patient while doing her best to ensure that the patient gets the maximum benefits their plan allows. In fact, with most insurance plans, it’s all taken care of from day one.

As a busy working mom, grandmother and wife, Linda knows the importance of saving time, therefore, the office scheduling is simple and appointments have little or no wait time.
